Agricultural Lending

Bank credit plays an important role in farm activities, from supporting individual farm operators to the development of new agricultural technologies and techniques. Agricultural lending presents national banks with risks that, in addition to the risks associated with any loan program, reflect differing regional challenges and even differing challenges within a region.
