Submitting National Bank Public Welfare Investment Filings Using CATS

This Community Developments Fact Sheet explains the processes that national banks should follow when submitting public welfare investment applications and notices (collectively, filings) to the Community Affairs Division of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) through the OCC’s web-based Central Application Tracking System (CATS). Currently, only national banks may submit filings in CATS using these processes.
