OCC Issues Modified Consent Order Against Riggs Bank, N.A.

WASHINGTON - The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) announced today a modification of the consent order of May 13, 2004 against Riggs Bank, N.A. The modified order addresses bank capital, liquidity contingency planning and a strategic plan.
