Branches and Relocations: Revised Comptroller’s Licensing Manual Booklet

Summary

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) issued today the “Branches and Relocations” booklet of the Comptroller’s Licensing Manual. The revised booklet replaces the booklet of the same title issued October 2019, reflects recent changes to 12 CFR 5, makes corrections where necessary, and contains updated guidance.

Note for Community Banks

This booklet applies to all national banks, federal savings associations, and federal branches and agencies of foreign banking organizations.
