Ioan Voicu

Ioan Voicu is the director of the Compliance Risk Analysis Division within Supervision Risk & Analysis at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Dr. Voicu's research interests include housing finance and urban economics and policy. Before joining the OCC in 2007, Dr. Voicu was a research fellow at the Furman Center For Real Estate and Urban Policy at New York University. Prior to that, he was a researcher and adjunct assistant professor at the Center for Urban Policy Research at Rutgers University. He earned his Ph.D. in economics at Rutgers University.
