WASHINGTON—Acting Comptroller of the Currency Michael J. Hsu discussed the continued risks of crypto to consumers during remarks before the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Financial Literacy Education Commission. In his remarks, the Acting Comptroller emphasized the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s careful and cautious approach to crypto that has helped mitigate the risk of contagion to the banking system.
