Deputy Chief Counsel Discusses Use of Consultants in Regulatory Enforcement Actions

WASHINGTON — Deputy Chief Counsel Daniel P. Stipano today discussed use of consultants in enforcement actions taken by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency during a hearing held by the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs.
