ATLANTA—Comptroller of the Currency Thomas J. Curry discussed issues facing minority-owned national banks and federal savings associations during a speech to attendees of the National Bankers Association's conference on October 3, 2013. During the speech, the Comptroller stressed the importance of minority-depository institutions to the communities they serve.
