OCC Approves Application of Morgan Stanley Bank to Convert to a National Bank

WASHINGTON—The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency announced today it has conditionally approved the application of Morgan Stanley Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah to convert to a national banking association to be called Morgan Stanley Bank, National Association.
