Interagency Banker Roundtable: Small Business Lending Opportunities in North Florida (Jacksonville, Fla. - August 12, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation will cosponsor a roundtable in Jacksonville, Fla., on August 12, 2019. Commercial lenders and Community Reinvestment Act staff are invited to discuss small business lending. Interagency Banker Forum: Disaster Recovery From Hurricanes Matthew and Irma on the Florida Atlantic Coast (Jacksonville, Fla. - August 13-14, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta are cosponsoring a forum on August 13, 2019, in Jacksonville, Fla. The forum will address best practices in disaster responsiveness, community resilience programs, and lessons learned. Attendees will include representatives of banks, community-based organizations, including voluntary organizations assisting in disaster, local governments, and philanthropic organizations. Interagency CRA Training Workshop (Memphis, Tenn. - August 28, 2019)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta are cosponsoring a workshop in Memphis, Tenn., on August 28, 2019. The workshop is designed for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) officers of small or intermediate-small banks interested in obtaining up-to-date information on developing a CRA Plan for their banks; forming meaningful partnerships; learning about qualified community development lending, services, and investments; assessing community needs; and drafting a bank's CRA Performance Context. In addition, regulators will highlight best practices that banks employ in terms of partnerships and initiatives to improve CRA performance.
