CRA Resource Collaborative Meeting (Columbia, SC - April 23, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond are sponsoring a roundtable in Columbia, South Carolina on April 23, 2015. The Carolinas CRA Resource Collaborative is comprised of CRA and community development officers from banks that do business in North and South Carolina. The Collaborative meets quarterly and provides a forum for CRA professionals from banks of all sizes to learn, educate, and share effective CRA practices in order to better develop CRA programs that meet the needs of the communities they serve. CRA Workshop for Bankers (Seattle, WA - April 23, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco are sponsoring a workshop in Seattle, Washington on April 23, 2015. The workshop will provide CRA officers an overview of the CRA regulation, and train participants in exam preparation, identifying community development opportunities, developing a CRA action plan, assessing community needs, and determining performance context factors. CRA for Community Based Organizations (Davenport, IA - April 24, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago are sponsoring a workshop in Davenport, Iowa on April 24, 2015. The workshop will provide community organizations information on the Community Reinvestment Act and practical suggestions for developing partnerships with banks. CRA Bankers Roundtable (New York, NY - April 28, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, and New York State Department of Financial Services are sponsoring a roundtable in New York, NY on April 28, 2015.  The Roundtable will provide CRA and compliance officers with information to assist with CRA responsibilities including, up-to-date information about key CRA regulatory issues, community stakeholder presentations, and networking opportunities.  For more information on registration, please contact Community Affairs Officer  Denise Kirk-Murray with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

Community Development Forum (Merrillville, IN - April 28, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, and the Legacy Foundation are co-sponsoring a forum in Merrillville, Indiana on April 28, 2015. CRA for Community Based Organizations (Louisville, KY - May 7, 2015) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, will sponsor a workshop in Louisville, Kentucky on May 7, 2015. This workshop will educate community-based organizations on CRA and community development, as it relates to banks and thrifts.  The purpose is to allow attendees to learn about the CRA regulation as well as to discuss how community organizations can collaborate more effectively with banks. Topics include: (1) an overview of the CRA, (2) the impact of bank performance context, (3) the types of activities that qualify for CRA consideration, and (4) strategies to develop successful partnerships with banks.
