Kansas City CRA Roundtable (Kansas City, MO - May 11, 2012)   
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a CRA Roundtable in Kansas City, Missouri on May 11, 2012. This event is open to all banks and will discuss ways that banks can provide community development financing and retail services to underserved communities and borrowers. Community Investing: Understanding CRA and Community Development (Charleston, WV - May 14, 2012) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, are co-sponsoring a workshop entitled "Community Investing: Understanding CRA and Community Development" in Charleston, West Virginia on May 14, 2012.  This workshop will provide up-to-date information on the Community Reinvestment Act that is practical and immediately useful for both lenders and community-based organizations, in addition to discussion on industry best practices and ways to create effective partnerships. Mississippi Small Business Conference - Moving from Obstacles to Opportunity (Jackson, MS - May 16, 2012) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, and the Jackson State University are co-sponsoring a conference on May 16, 2012 in Jackson, Mississippi. The conference will target small-business owners and entrepreneurs for an interactive discussion on: (1) building relationships with financial institutions and micro-lenders; (2) SBA and other financing options; (3) government procurement opportunities; and (4) growing a business in the current Mississippi business climate.

Interagency CRA Performance Context Workshop (Miami, FL - May 22, 2012) 
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a workshop focused on CRA "performance context." This workshop will provide training for CRA and Compliance officers in addition to other interested bank staff regarding a bank's "performance context" for their bank's CRA strategy.  

Community Investing: Understanding CRA and Community Development (Lake Charles, LA - May 23, 2012)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a forum on May 23, 2012 in Lake Charles, Louisiana.  The forum will bring together local financial institutions and non-profit organizations to foster stronger relationships between the areas' financial institutions and non-profits that serve low- and moderate-income households.  The goal is to help strengthen CRA activities and promote opportunities for CRA investments, loans and services through stronger collaborations between area lenders and non-profits.

CRA Roundtable (Louisville, KY - May 24, 2012)
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation are co-sponsoring a CRA Roundtable on May 24, 2012 in Louisville, Kentucky. The roundtable will involve presentations by community development agencies that provide opportunities for CRA Qualified Investment, Services and Lending.  Panelists will include representatives from the Louisville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, the Community Action of Southern Indiana, the Community Ventures Corporation, and Metro Bank.
