The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has been informed that the above-mentioned entity is representing itself as a national bank on the Internet and is offering banking products and services to the general public. Please be advised that the OCC has not authorized the referenced entity to operate as a bank or conduct banking business anywhere in the United States.
